2D platformer currently in Development in Godot Engine. Full of Music Puns

Inspiration

I really wanted to use my music theory knowledge in a fun way. Making a game full of puns and allusions to music theory I've learned over the years seemed like the perfect way. It always bothered me in classes, when I wasn't allowed to express my musical inclinations to its full potential in the interest of following the music theory "rules". So this game is going to be a long-winded and fun way of depicting my own journey of breaking free of those imposed "rules" and allowing for full musical impression, no matter what it sounds like.

Character Design

Main Characters

Maestra: The main character and namesake of the video game. She has a Baton for a sword and Marcatos for eyes.
Iona: Ionian mode personification. Major Key. Creates you, gives you the quest to bring back the former glory of the Forest of Melodies.
Dor: Dorian mode. A biped with a harp as a part of it Pointy hands with only 3 fingers. Hangs from the ceiling with tons of vines coming down.
Gia: Phrygian mode. Has a Flute as a Lightsaber, it will fulfill my flute-saber dreams from my middle school band days.
